What is Cumbria Future Leaders?
Cumbria Future Leaders (CFL) was created by the Centre for Leadership Performance to engage Cumbria’s young adults and support them as they transition into employment or higher education. It offers 16-25 year olds a free network and signposting service. Thanks to funding from Cumbria Community Foundation we can also offer tailored support and guidance.
