West Cumbria Youth Council – Top tips for those who may be feeling anxious or nervous returning to school.

West Cumbria Youth Council, who we are delighted to have on the CFL steering group, have asked students that have been in school for their tips to ease anxiety for pupils returning to school in September. They have produced an excellent video in which they hope these tips can help all those returning to school who may feel anxious or worried.

Key advice includes always asking for help, always know that there are people who feel the same way as you, you are not alone, be brave, ask questions, have more confidence in yourself because we are all amazing in different ways and have fun…it’s been a long time not seeing friends and teachers.
