Mentoring

Mentoring is a great way to develop your confidence and learn new skills. Mentors support your learning by sharing their knowledge and experience while encouraging you to develop your ideas and try new things.

Cumbria Future Leaders Your Future. Here, supported by the Women in Nuclear UK network, have developed a free mentoring programme for all 16-25 year olds, where you meet with your mentor over a number of months working together to set development goals, plan how you will achieve them and review your progress.

How do I apply?
