Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event when there is an opportunity for the whole of the UK to focus on achieving good mental health. The week is hosted by the Mental Health Foundation and is now in its 21st year. This year, it runs from 10th-16th May.
The theme for the week is nature and how connecting with the natural world can support good mental health.
