Mental Health and Wellbeing Awareness Support for Young People in Cumbria

On Saturday 10 April 2021 we ran one of our series of Your Future.Here events to support young people, and those that know or work with them, to update them about the local organisations that can provide mental health and wellbeing services in Cumbria.

Wheels of Wellness (WOW) is a 2-part all-inclusive Mobile Facility. Uniquely designed to empower communities by improving their Mental and Physical Health & Wellbeing. The bellicon UK Rebounders, Ability Bouncer for wheelchair users and take-home Chair-based exercises focus on improving physical health.
