Call for Papers: IAEA Net Zero Challenge

The IAEA have launched their IAEA Net Zero Challenge. This competition will provide an opportunity for young professionals to participate in the challenge towards an accelerated path to net zero. Participants aged from 18 to 35 are invited to develop policy recommendations for the transition to low-carbon energy systems by answering the question: “How can nuclear energy alongside other low-carbon sources help your country or region to achieve their net zero targets?”.  

Opportunity for Young People to input into NDA Strategy

Cumbria Future Leaders are working with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) to survey its young people networks to help NDA update their Early Careers Strategy. If you are aged between 14 – 25, now is the chance to have your say. Click here to be taken to the survey. Surveys must be completed no later than Thursday 5th August 2021.
