Cumbria Future Leaders, Your Future.Here are delighted to be working in partnership with Kooth to provide two awareness of Mental Health and Well-being sessions taking place on the 2nd and 4th of March 2021. These are aimed at any employer or professional who supports or works with young people, for example through education, mentoring, work experience, tutoring or assessments.

Kooth Podcasts

With the latest lockdown and school closures, young people may greatly benefit from some additional support with their mental health. Kooth can offer that mental health and wellbeing support to young people in Cumbria aged 11-18.

The Cumbria Youth Alliance have partnered with Embrace Resilience to give FREE access to almost 80 online modules.
