The Cumbria Future Leaders’ steering group has identified that connecting with peers from other organisations and industries in order to understand more about their leadership journeys, the challenges that they faced and the support they received would further support them on their leadership journey.
The Cumbria Future Leaders’ steering group would like to encourage young professionals to create their own inspiring careers videos which showcase their learning journey so far and offer advice to other young people who may just be starting out on their own journey. To find out how click here.
